The family-run establishment, owned by Gracia and Franco, offers a relaxing environment just a 15-minute stroll from Huacachina. The outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape after a day of exploring. While the initial setting seemed a bit unconventional, I found comfort in the spacious, clean rooms and tranquil atmosphere-a perfect complement to my marine biology interests. Although the Wi-Fi was not consistently reliable, the simple Peruvian breakfast proved adequate. For those seeking a serene escape while enjoying local attractions, La Dulce Estancia strikes a balance between relaxation and adventure.
